Refund policy

1. Satisfaction & Quality Guarantee
Because flowers are a perishable natural product, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We take enormous pride in our arrangements and want you to love your flowers. If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the arrangement. We will gladly assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement arrangement, a store credit, or a partial/full refund. 
2. Flower Care
To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to quality issues, proper care of the flowers must be maintained. This includes keeping stems in clean water, out of direct sunlight, and away from heating or cooling vents. We cannot guarantee freshness or issue refunds for flowers that have not been adequately watered and cared for. 
3. Order Cancellations
Because each arrangement is custom-made to order, cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date to qualify for a full refund. Orders canceled after this period (or while already prepared or with the courier) cannot be refunded. 
4. Delivery & Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery details, including the recipient’s correct name, address, and contact number. We are unable to issue refunds if the delivery fails due to incorrect information provided. If the recipient is not home, our couriers will leave the flowers in a safe place (if deemed safe) or return them to the shop. A re-delivery fee may apply for subsequent attempts.
5. Substitution Policy
From time to time, due to seasonal availability and market conditions, specific flower types or colours shown in our photos may not be available. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or higher value while maintaining the original theme and colour palette. Substantial substitutions will be communicated before delivery whenever possible. 
6. Refund Processing
If your refund or replacement is approved, refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card or PayPal) within 3–5 business days
