1. Order Cut-Off Times & Same-Day Delivery
- Local Delivery: Orders placed before [12:00 PM] on Saturdays (Monday–Friday) are guaranteed same-day delivery. Orders placed after these times will be delivered on the next business day.
- Sundays & Public Holidays: we do not deliver on Sundays and national public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed and dispatched the following business day.
2. Delivery Zones & Fees
- Local Radius: We deliver within postcodes of our physical shop located at 1/10 Adams Lane, Berwick VIC 3806.
- Standard Delivery Fee: Prices are calculated according to postcode distance.
- Extended Delivery Areas: Deliveries outside our core zone may incur additional fees. Please call the store to find out.
3. Recipient Not Home
Flowers are delicate, perishable items. If the recipient is not home to accept the delivery, our drivers will:

- Leave the arrangement in a secure, shaded, and protected area on the property (e.g., front porch or with a neighbour).
- Leave a calling card at the door notifying the recipient of the placement.
- Contact the sender and recipient via phone or SMS to advise of the delivery location.
- Note: If there is no safe location to leave the flowers, the order will be returned to the shop. A redelivery fee of will apply for subsequent attempts.

We accept no liability for incorrect or incomplete delivery information. If an incorrect address is provided, the order will be returned to our shop, and a redelivery fee will apply. Please verify unit numbers, street names, and recipient phone numbers before checking out.

5. Hospital & Business Deliveries
- Hospitals: Please ensure the recipient is cleared to receive fresh flowers (some ICUs or wards prohibit them). Always include the ward name and room number.
- Workplaces: Deliveries to businesses and schools are typically made by [5:00 PM]. We are not responsible for delays caused by internal mail rooms or building security
