Delivery Areas

Same-day flower delivery across Berwick and the south east

Our same-day delivery footprint covers Berwick and the surrounding Casey region, Monday to Saturday. Order online or call (03) 9707 1800 before 2:00pm and we hand deliver that same afternoon. Orders placed after 2:00pm are delivered the next business day. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

Hospital delivery

We deliver daily to all three major hospitals in the south east. For hospital deliveries, please include the full patient name and ward or room number in the delivery notes so our courier can hand the arrangement directly to reception:

Delivery fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery suburb. Fees are flat by area, not per kilometre, so you always know what you are paying before you place the order. Berwick and immediately adjoining suburbs sit at the lower end of the range. Longer runs into Dandenong, Clayton and beyond cost a little more to reflect the courier time.

Delivering outside this list?

Call us on (03) 9707 1800. We can usually arrange something outside our standard zone with a bit more notice, and we can also relay orders to trusted florists in other parts of the country through our courier network.

Timing and cutoffs

Same-day cutoff is 2:00pm Monday to Saturday. If you have missed the cutoff by a few minutes and it is urgent (a hospital visit, a proposal, a service that afternoon), call the shop rather than ordering online. Depending on the day's workload and the delivery zone, we can sometimes squeeze one more in.

For funeral and sympathy deliveries, we recommend placing orders at least 24 hours ahead where possible so we can coordinate with the venue. For weddings and events, longer lead times apply.
